Les comes with over 20 years experience as a Sales Professional, Sales Manager and Sales Leader. He’s led teams of 7 to 70, generating sales of 30 million in annual revenue to over 300 million. Les’ teams have repeatedly been recognized for outstanding performance in both sales and profit. A former enlisted Aircrew member with the United States Air Force’s 435th Combat Mobility Branch, Les is steeped in self-discipline, leadership, teamwork and accountability.
